I found Brendon on AVVO. Most, if not all of the reviews for all the lawyers on here are extremely positive, which led me to believe they were embellished and/or less than credible. Now, here I am a short time later, trying to think of the most positive review I can write for Brendon, who was great. My matter was a small one; a simple speeding ticket in the 17th district court. Nonetheless, he took time to talk to me at length on our initial consultation. I was amazed how attentive he is to details. He followed up regularly with phone calls- himself!, (not an assistant or associate) to let me know when the court date was scheduled, when he would be available in the office, and again to let me know the (positive) outcome he was able to reach with city attorney. His rates were reasonable, he worked to achieve a positive outcome, and he's a great person to deal with; he's got the attorney-equivalent of 'good bed-side manner'. Professional, earnest, a good communicator, and not too expensive for me to afford. Since he works this hard 'sweating the small stuff', I'm certainly going to look him up again any time I need legal counsel.

About six weeks ago, I was given my first ticket. I made a split second decision, and took the wrong route. The roads were rough, and it was pitch-black out. The obscurity of this scene cost me a clean driving record; it was now spelled out, marked by a word: 'MISDEMEANOR.' In addition, I had a $250 dollar fine to pay, with an undefined cost . . . for I now needed a lawyer. . . . Brendon first met me at the cafe which I frequented. As we sat over tea, he broke down each precinct, and poured over its procedures. We carded through a comfortable discussion, and the topic held a light air in its fingers; I had the impression that we were talking over something such as the college plans I had. As he patiently answered all of my questions for me, I found myself completely at ease. I soon understood the specifics in my case. Brendon's manner and his verbal style were wonderfully laid out- I found his words to be straightforward and direct. At the close of the session, I knew the chances in the case provided to me . . . I also knew had one of the toughest judges in the court with which to contend. This was a fact- one that we could not circumnavigate. I met him again outside of the courtroom on the scheduled day. He explained the process to me, and the best possible solution offered. I quickly consented to the option he presented, knowing that it was the best possible choice. We went into the courtroom and met with my father; he also knew also the probabilities in the case. We did not expect a dismissal. The results were unexpected. At this hour, I still know not how they were manifested- only that I am truly grateful, and this sentiment will remain steadfast. My entire decision on that night was erased due to Brendon's defense. My record is clean, as though it had never been marked. I left the court that day with considerable savings, and results that were almost never seen-a full dismissal of the case at hand. I would highly recommend this firm. I saved incredible funding in the ordeal, and recovered something great- a clean record once again, and a clear slate for my future prospects. My heart-felt thanks goes out to Brendon for his immense efforts. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who inquires.

Brendan Debolski pretty much saved my life with his work. I was in a tough spot and he came through to save the day on many occasions though what’s to most a very difficult process in getting my license back. My life crossed paths with Brendan Debolski after receiving a misdemeanor traffic violation. While the mistake was all my own, it was nonetheless at a point in my life in which it could've completely destroyed my family. Brendan came highly recommended by a family member, so I took his number. I walked into his office, feeling devastated and afraid. You see, I am a single mother of four children, and the soul supporter of my family. Facing a situation where my children could have potentially been without their mother, and I without a job.... Brendan was not only able to get me the time that I needed to prepare my family for the consequences of my mistake, but he had my charges reduced, and practically eliminated the time that I would be without my license.
