Attorney Scott is amazing!!! Very straight forward and gets down to business. Made this custody case less stressful and we thank him

Paul Scott recently represented me in custody case for my daughter. I originally retained him because he was highly recommended by other attorneys practicing in Genesee County and he could accommodate my hectic schedule. Throughout our case he proved to be a great negotiator that is extremely articulate with high ethical values. His knowledge of the court system was invaluable which helped him anticipate our next steps and eventually win the case. Lastly and most important, Paul kept me informed at ever step and he made me feel like I was his only client. Like any good lawyer his services aren’t free but his billing practices were quite reasonable as compared to other lawyers I’ve had.

this lawyer was hired to obtain visitation rights. first he broke his own contract by not providing a monthly cost report. he was asked twice by email and twice by phone for a cost report. his staff gave one number, then he emailed a much higher number. he said things to the judge his client did not agree with and when both parties were finally in agreement he wouldn't sign off on it. he insisted there were months of trials left and he wanted them. he cost almost 5k with little to show for it. he charges about $45 per email even if it is only one or two sentences long. he sent several short ones himself that required short answers. (stacking up the bill with bullcr*p) his communication was poor and he made it very obvious he didnt want the case...he should not have excepted it if he didnt want it, guess it was just for the money.

Paul was there for me super last minute regarding a child custody /support case I was blindsided by. He and Heather kept me informed throughout the whole process and so far things are going the way they should. Would definitely recommend him as an attorney.

I went into my consultation with Paul not knowing what to expect or where to begin with filing for divorce. I knew I had a battle ok my hands and he was the perfect guy to help me fight! He was very cut throat, straight to the point, knowledgeable of how everything works. His confidence and attitude really made me feel secure in what the end result would be of my divorce and arrangement for my kids. This is for Mr. Brittani, and anyone else wronged by this crook. I am also an RN and this attorney along with other crooked attorneys and a crooked judge attempted to take me for everything I had, up to and including attempted extortion, falsifying and illegal court orders, perjury, and a number of other misdemeanor and felony charges. The corruption at the 7th Circuit Court is so aggregious it is ridiculous and you are right, the children are the ones who suffer. The Attorney Greivance Committee lied when they said your's was the only complaint. I also filed a complaint with the Judicial Tenure Committee and several other organizations even up to the FBI, because in essence they were also guilty of committing treason. These organizations and their representatives are mostly crooked cowards that are letting these criminals run afoul of the law. All of my accusations were supported by documentation of THEIR words and deeds, and their still holding on to my money refusing to give it back. (By the way, he wasn't my attorney, but my ex-husbands.) I got a better outcome by representing myself and being led by Jesus. I don't worry about none of them now. Neither am I bitter or angry anymore because I know that they are being reserved for eternal damnation. And he is a sad attorney with nothing but a lot of lip service. Had I been an attorney myself I would have won my case and mopped the floor with him. They didn't want me to prevail because it would have made them look bad and they can't commit extortion and embezzlement and other treasonous crimes if more people represented themselves. In other words, it is bad for business. The Lord used me to expose those idiots for who they really are. They are evil and everyone who is even aware of what is going on and chooses to do nothing is also being reserved for eternal damnation. Believe me God will not be mocked for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap. Beware, there are several crooked attorneys working with this judge he's only being allowed to continue because his brother sits on the court of appeals. But if any of them had any since they would not fear man who after he kills your body can do nothing more to you, but they would fear God who not only can kill the body but can also cast your very soul into hell. Remember these words, "touch not mine anointed, nor do my prophets any harm". After everything they tried to do my cup still spills over. COWARDS!!.

Paul is a great lawyer, after fighting a long 9 month hard custody battle with my ex wife, I now have full custody of my daughter. Paul acts quickly and uses the facts. Great attorney! I had a bit of a complicated case and Paul worked to get the outcome I wanted and hoped for. He educated himself with my case within 24 hours of a consult, and he had a game plan the next day! He is extremely professional and had my family's best interest at heart!
