After much procrastination, my husband and I decided it was time to see someone to prepare a will, durable power of attorney for financial matters and health care, and other documents to avoid probate. We chose Francine Cullari of Grand Blanc as our attorney. The best decision we could have made. She was so professional and did a wonderful job completing our request in a timely manner. Ms. Cullari was instrumental in helping me deal with some financial issues I ran into during my early 20s. I had accounts in collections and a civil judgment in my name for non-payment of rent (roommate did not pay his half). After contacting all of the collection agencies, I was able to get the judgment removed from my name. I was also able to negotiate all of my outstanding debt. By using Ms. Cullari, rather than having an "account settled", I was able to have "paid in full" reported for all of the accounts. She was able to do this by calling the collectors directly and negotiating the removal of specific items on the collection bill. After addressing my credit issues through her, I was able to purchase a new car and home with no co-signees. I would strongly recommend this avenue for credit repair rather than the advertised debt counselors based on approaches. Ms. Cullari systematically addresses the underlying reason for the charges, whereas debt consolidators / counselors try to get a reduced debt settlement; which will be reported on your credit score (and in most cases arent able to significantly reduce the debt).

Ms. Cullari has helped our small business go up against two different very large Corporations on two different occasions. In both cases our company was successful in winning our claim's and avoided going to court. We will continue to seek Ms. Cullari's help on future matters, should they arise.
