Very helpful and friendly staff. My questions regarding my personal legal issues were taken care of the same day as my first call to the office. The administrative assistant was more than willing to answer any questions he could, as well as guide me to the propper attorney for my case. If you retain Scott Sewick, Run Don't Walk as fast as you can. He represented me in my divorce, well lets rephrase that he failed to represent me. I was misled, never kept on top of what was going on until the morning of the court date. I did all the foot work for papers asked for , he never made copies, his response was save a tree. I talked with him a total of twice before the court date, and that was When I called him for an updates . I never got statements of anything on where my retainer was going, and yet to get a copy of my divorce papers. What my X- husband and I agreed on for splitting everything 50/50 including the retirement fund did not happen. It seemed like Mr. Sewick was working for the opposing side. My x-husband and I filed a motion to amend the 50/50 split and will go back to court next week, (no Lawyers). My x-husband asked me after our first court date , when we went out to lunch, why did I sign the papers it was not a fair amount offered. I told him that is what Mr Sewick said was a 50/50 split on the retirement fund , among other false statements.
