I've used Roger many times, on several issues over the past 10 years. Roger has always been upfront on everything he handled and for me done a fantastic job. He's someone you can trust, and he doesn't whitewash anything at all. I'd highly recommend Roger.

t DONT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY unless it's for your worst enemy! This Attorney was hired to do a chapter 7 bankruptcy over 10 yrs. ago.However he proceed to carry out a personal character assigination on me regarding a non-related case. I'm 100% certain he & his report is the direct result of loss of potential employment, housing, loans & credit, for the past decade and who knows what else. Looks like I need to hire another attorney to sue this one for everything he's worth- but that's not much!

Do not use him we paid a retainer fee then a few weeks later he sent us a letter and it said we were not moving fast enough for him and could not do our case any more and he would send us a refund and and of course he found everything possible to charge us for and we got none of our money back. He kept it all. First off we never signed papers only did 1st consultation and gave money down. I have also heard we are not the 1st people he has done this to.
