Over 3-1/2 years ago, my adult son and family were in a catastrophic auto accident, as a result of a drunk driver. My son, the sole survivor, and the owner of a business was severely injured and in a coma. Our world as we knew it changed in a moment. I was bombarded with requests for interviews from the media, attorneys wanting to represent this case, dealing with the insurance company, medical decisions for my son as well as end of life arrangements for his family. On the strong recommendation of my son’s business attorney, I contacted Paul Janes. He met with me immediately. The very first step that I needed to take was to become my son’s guardian and conservator, so that I could legally have access to “his life”, make decisions for him, his family and business. Robert is a great and honest man. He has helped me thru a spouse Visa by explaining all the Visa options and procedures. I have dealt with Immigration layers before and they seemed more about money than really helping me. My Spouse Visa is now in the hands of DHS thanks to Robert. I highly RECOMMEND Robert.

Do not use Rob if you are looking for help with immigration!! Rob supposedly applied for my husband’s US citizenship 4 years ago and we are still waiting. Have gotten no response except for when we requested a copy of his file he gave us a huge bill for back charges and another huge bill for copy charges before he would give us the file. The file didn’t include a receipt number which you need to check on your application. He won’t return calls, emails, texts, notes, and is never in his “office”. This has now set our family back 4 years & caused a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF STRESS FOR EVERYONE including jeopardizing my husbands job on multiple occasions. He won’t even respond to our new immigration lawyer who has sent letters, called etc. Why would you do this to our family?????? There is no sign of any application in the USCIS system. Also when my husband tried to renew his green card which was sent to our old address and thrown out by the new owner, Rob told him to reapply not use the I-90 form for lost or stolen cards so they denied that and he has to reapply for that as well. Mistakes, horrible communication, and treated my family like he couldn’t be bothered. I don’t understand how he doesn’t have more bad reviews, but I have seen the others online as well, and their story is very similar to ours. We have had enough, we will have to resort to solving this legally.

I would Highly Recommend GMNP! Attorney J. Paul Janes has been my attorney for 3 years, representing me in my tragic automobile accident. I recently completed a fairly large business acquisition using Jeshua Lauka as my attorney on the buying side of the transaction. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He was timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. When it came to crunch time he was right on top of all the last minute changes and communications. When he wasn't going to be available during the process (vacation, court dates, etc), he outlined that up front so there was no surprises and provided contact info for co-counsel. Highly recommend.

Mr. Mirque was my attorney and I am so thankful for the hard work he did. He explained my case to me well, and did everything he could to prepare me for my hearing. He was easy to get a hold of and answered questions very thoroughly. I hope I don’t have to go through anything like this again, but if I do, he will be the first one I call.

Was actually referred to them by a couple of friends and another law firm. Was told they were not scared to go after hospitals. They are very scared apparently. They didn't even give me a reason why they wouldn't take the case! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
