He suggested we reduce our request and I tourney did not go down very much. So the other party offered very little and it was over. No agreements between parties. However that it would not his problem. He made the suggestion. However in his letter to attend he did not tell me there was free parking downstairs 2 hours of parking cost $15 in Grand Rapids. So he is going to suggest they start adding it to their letters to people being invited for mediation.

Paul Janes is a very knowledgeable, kind attorney who helped us after my mom's injury. He was a godsend when this tragic accident happened. When you are put in a situation that you know nothing about, you need someone who is willing to help and explain in a way you understand and feel good about. Highly recommended!

Well I won't get into detail. Let's just say Paul Janes dropped the ball on my case. He didn't do things he should have and the worst part is you put your trust in his hands and you get screwed. Wish I would have done more research instead of making the decision fresh out of the Hospital and the trauma from the car accident. One word......dissapointed!!
