Staff was very helpful, even the nice lady that told me it was her first day. Everyone was so kind and patient. :) Helped me make sure I had the correct re notice form and scheduled a new court date for me.

Hit or miss. Definitely a hassle. They say they received everything and sent something, then you call the place they sent too and they said they didn't receive anything. Months long process that should take 2 weeks max.
