Nathaniel is a passionate attorney. He invests himself in your situation and pushes hard to deliver results. He is a strong communicator and is very responsive. He's talented and has the reputation as a top delivering attorney in Grand Rapids. Nathaniel has a strong network of lawyers and judges due to his performance history and excellent reputation. Nathaniel was referred to me by a good friend. My wife and I had recently separated and I was at the start of a nasty divorce. I reached out to Nathaniel's office and Sean (Nathaniel's legal assistant) started the process quickly and efficiently. This was an extremely difficult time but Nathaniel helped me to get through the tough times. 3 kids were involved and there was abuse. When the opposing lawyer came into the picture, Nathaniel quickly established a respectful communication process which helped move along the steps in the divorce. A little over 6 months later, my divorce was done. Nathaniel protected my situation and I was satisfied with his results. Nathaniel has a very high intellect. He often is working on several cases at once, but is still able to balance the workload and necessary steps for your case. He was strategic and methodical with his approach. He's a top notch lawyer who will give you the absolute best service.

I would highly recommend this law firm for family/custody disputes. I dealt with not only a child custody dispute, but then a custody violation with multiple twists of the newly enacted child custody agreement and in both instances Dan was amazing. Dan knows the law very well and lays out the best avenues to take, was consistent and thorough, and was not fazed by the antics from the other side. He eased my worries about this process with a cool and calm demeanor. The BEST attorney (in my biased opinion) in Grand Rapids.

I first met with Nathaniel Kaleefy as a second opinion consult after finding myself in a tough situation with another attorney. Mr. Kaleefy listened to the entire situation and was able to give me a game plan that day. Throughout the case, he was always easy to reach and always responded to any calls/emails with my numerous questions and concerns. He always laid everything out in a clear manner on what I needed to provide him with to complete my case with the best chances possible of a decision in my favor.
