To say I was nervous and anxious about hiring an attorney to write the contract for a business acquisition would be an understatement. I reached out to Crafted Law after being referred to them by someone in my network, and I'm sure glad I did. The initial call (freeee!) was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of clarity about how the process would go, what would be needed, the cost, etc. I'll admit. I'm cheap. Ok, let's say frugal. I tend to price shop for weeks to save $20 on a purchase, which of course is a big waste of my time, but when I received the quote I instantly offered up my credit card. Truthfully, I don't know if the pricing was on par with other firms, higher, or lower, but it sounded more than reasonable. The fact that it was a flat-rate also took out any worries about the process getting out of hand, and thus, the bill at the end. Thanks for making it simple, Crafted! The process just took a few days from start to finish, and they were more than open to making a few very adjustments before both parties were ready to sign. What I was worried about being the most difficult task in the process ended up being the easiest.
