The receptionist is so sweet. She was calm and she smiled with a calm voice. She was also sweet to my baby. I felt better after having a stressful day

Extremely terrible experience. Receptionist was always nice and polite, however, I NEVER EVER received an answer to whether or not I was getting help with my divorce case. Danielle was my assigned case worker. I left her half a dozen messages TWO WEEKS after I was promised I would have an answer as to if my case would be taken on by legal aid. I had a court date coming up and never got a response. Danielle finally responded THREE DAYS prior to the court date, she left a very vague voicemail, and I immediately called back within 5 minutes of her calling me, she did not answer. She never responded to my follow up voicemail begging her to answer my questions because I was so confused. I most DEFINTELY needed help, and most definitely qualified for it. I HAD TO REPRESENT MYSELF, against my cheating ex husband and his paid lawyer, because I never got a response. The only reason I’m leaving this review is because I’m disgusted at the complete lack of communication on Danielle’s end, and I was promised I get a definitive answer way back at the beginning of March. As of March 28, I still never received any further communication from Danielle. Very upsetting and traumatic for a now single parent who’s had to be a stay a home mom for 9 years and has no family or financial safety net to fall back on to. -Ambriel S

I filled out 30 minutes worth of paperwork. Then to come find out they only help people with domestic abuse cases. So no helping others In need.
