My husband and I called to discuss a post-majority 13th year appeal. We talked to Courtney, who was wonderful, she agreed to look at all of our information and said she looked forward to working with us. That said, our last day to appeal was coming up and she said her office would reach out to get things rolling and pay the retainer fee, etc; that we wouldn't miss the appeal deadline. The office personnel NEVER reached out to us and we left several messages and now we've missed our chance to appeal and it will cost us over $25k. Extremely disappointed and angry.

I’ve never seen anyone more nervous in front of a judge for a simple opening remark. The last think Connie’s seems to be is a trial attorney. Connie did NOT listen to my directions and went rogue without my approval. During my case she would not listen to the facts and would become aggressive and even more than rude when I would even attempt explain the situation. Connie would repeat "my job is easy, I just add everything up and divide by 2" This should not have been the case in a 8 year marriage - where the other party did not work, there were no children and all assets were supplied by me. She actually took the oppositions side. I also got a extremely strong feel that Connie dislikes men. As I was too far into the process to change attorneys, I did the best I could with my lackadaisical "representation" (and I use that term loosely) She was so ill prepared for my mediation that she could not speak to my assets and thus I got taken advantage of. Connie also seemed very shaky in front of the Judge (the one time we saw her) and insisted that we not go to trial. Connie has an ego a mile wide and little to back it up with.

Communication was not adequate. I felt they were too busy to work on my case for the amount of money they charged. I would never recommend.

Watched my uncle and his children go through the courts with Kourtney and this firm. She was able to put everything into perspective’, and ease everyone’s mind at the home, and with situations. All while showing compassion and ready to fight for what was right. I would highly recommend!

They are great been with them quite a couple years they take care of all my problems Courtney did a great job on the last case I can't say enough they definitely look out for My best interest they treated me great they're very friendly and they are very easy to work with Thank you Courtney
