This was one of the few places who represent the person and not a company. So far they have received my information and are assisting and provided me the proper steps. Now, I am doing just that. They were referred as a great firm. The person who answered interrupted me while I spoke and was extremely abrupt and rude.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I started my search with this firm based on their 4.9 star rating. I spoke to Rhonda who took my information and requested I email my EEOC right-to-sue letter to her. She said she would forward that, along with the very basic information I had given her regarding my discrimination case, to the attorneys and one of them would call me back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Instead, I received an email from Rhonda, the legal assistant, less than an hour later stating, "I had the attorneys review the information that you provided and they have decided that it does not meet our criteria for representation." They couldn't even follow through as she said would be the case. I never even got an opportunity to speak to an actual lawyer or provide any level of detail! Horrible and unprofessional service. The courtesy of a simple phone call isn't too much to expect.

Both Bradley Glazier and Rob Howard are very good at what they do! They handled my case with professionalism and were extremely easy to work with. They turned my stressful/worrisome situation into a relief filled/hassle free process and outcome. They had my back and I trusted them entirely. I 11/10 recommend their office and will definitely be coming to them again should I have any need for a lawyer in the future.
