Had a slip and fall injury while in town back in 2022. Brandon took the case knowing I was on Medicaid meaning I wouldn't be able to bill my treatment to the state. Months later I 'm told I didn't have enough medical and they couldn't find Staybridge Suites: Grand Rapids - Airport 3000 Lake East Brook Blvd, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49512. He did return my funds. Just wasted my time.

That is what comes to me should someone ask me about Mr. Brandon W. Gardner. Brandon gave to me instantly a sense of comfort when he responded to my question on AVVO. I received a return call within an hour of posting. Scared, feeling helpless and having someone you love sitting in jail. I needed answers, reassurance, honesty even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Brandon was all that and more. He worked hard for my daughter. He brought her home. Nailed it!! Brandon was a great lawyer made sure I stayed in the loop of knowing what was going on, and was always straight forward. Did a wonderful job in my case as he got all charges dismissed! As helpful as he could be in not letting anything slip by or as you some would say, no stone unturned. 10/10

I had 2 separate charges in two of the worst counties in Michigan,(Ottawa and Ionia) when it comes to marijuana related charges. Brandon was able to get them both completely dropped! One being a second possession of marijuana(wax) in Ottawa county, this charge was dismissed at the arraignment. In ionia county I was again pulled over and had marijuana(wax) in my pocket and got an illegal transport, that was also dropped. He was at both of the court dates and I didn't even have to see a judge in Ionia. In Ottawa County I only saw the judge once for arraignment and Brandon did the rest and got the charge dropped within 15 minutes of the judge ordering me to take a drug test. I am a MMMP cardholder, but regardless I am very certain that without the help I received from Brandon I would be in a much worse position right now.

I was facing a high BAC OWI in Ottawa county and failure to provide insurance after an accident. I have had an MIP for alcohol 10 years ago so this would be my second "alcohol related" charge. I followed all of Brandon's instructions and was able to plea to just a regular OWI charge sentencing was to include 12mo probation and alcohol counseling. The judge admitted that he was going to give me jail time, but all of the hard leg work that Brandon suggested really paid off! He is very professional, always returned my calls, gave me peace of mind, and ALWAYS showed up to all court appointments (a fear of mine to be stranded w/out my representation). This guy really knows his stuff, he be in your corner, and he will work his tail off for you.
