Brianna was wonderful to work with. She explained things well and gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions. She is thorough and clear with instructions and expectations of what we needed to do to complete our trust. Brianna also helped us to feel comfortable with the decisions we were making and encouraged us to consider different aspects of our decisions. This helped us to make the decisions we are very happy with.

Brianna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made, what is oftentimes a hard and difficult-to-understand process, easy and light. She also explained the pertinent information we needed to know in layman's terms, which we appreciated. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is very professional. For a process that is not typically enjoyable, we enjoyed doing business with Brianna. I would highly recommend her.
