The case involved the issue of ownership of funds in a garnishment proceeding involving a government debt dated to 1998. Specifically an inheritance, not intended for the garnishee was seized, inappropriately was the opinion of garnishee. Complex financial transactions was made more complex by the garnishment arm of the government.
