I was pulled over for window tint in Newaygo county north west of Grant MI in mid August and arrested for a DUI. At the time I currently had a bench warrant out for a DUI in Oakland county. My lawyer in Oakland county contacted Gary and together they devised a plan to keep me out of jail & with minimal penalties. I was skeptic at first if they would be able to make good on the best case scenarios they described, however during the pre to final sentencing Gary was able to adjust the court hearing dates and my requirements to be there to help my other case in Oakland county. I called him 2 weeks before my sentencing for my other DUI and he was able to move my court date up to accommodate my sentencing. When I arrived for final sentencing I was worried that I might be facing possible jail time and probation in Newaygo but Gary was able to persuade the judge to let me off with nothing more then paying my fines and putting my vehicle on lock down for 90 days. I highly recommend Gary if you are in any type of trouble in north western Michigan, Gary Springstead is a life saver!

This guy really knows what he is doing. With 15 years of experience in law, that is unsurprising. When I made the first phone call to his office to get a consultation, he dropped a lot of great points on how he could beat my case and why I should go with his firm. At first, they seemed too good to be true and I was suspicious of his points of defense, as I thought he was just trying to sell me on his service but he proved everything he said in the initial consultation as the case progressed. I urge you to at least give him a call for the consultation (particularly if your case is from Electric Forest or a similar event as I know personally that he has won many cases originated from there). He proved his brilliance when he wrote an unbelievably well-written motion to suppress. It was absolutely full of quote after quote, reference after reference. It honestly boggles my mind how he was able to to combine so many relevant sources into one paper. On top of all of his professional qualifications, he is an incredibly understanding person, which is a hard quality to find in most lawyers. He is in the business to help people with a second chance, not for the money.

I heartedly recommend Gary. He knows the in and outs of the system, and he has a great success rate. If you're looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, professional, and personable look no further.

Springstead and Bartish were able to get my case dismissed with a no contact diversion. They were very professional and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you're guilty!

Lessened the sentance for my case as much as I could have hoped for, great at keeping me informed throughout the case.
