I wanted to choose a lawyer from out of town and after an exhaustive search I found Dan Hess. He was easy to communicate with, was always available to me, and walked me through the whole process. A custody battle is a horrible experience but Mr. Hess made it go a lot smoother than I had anticipated. He had to travel quite a distance for my case and was always on time and fully prepared. He never over charged me, and in fact charged a very reasonable fee compared to other attorneys in the area. I now have full custody of my daughter and would recommend Daniel Hess to anyone.

Brian Gordon is an excellent choice for a divorce lawyer. Knowledgeable, energetic, empathetic, dedicated, and sensitive to your resources. I liked his emphasis on mediation. My divorce was long, adversarial, and difficult. Due to mental health issues, I needed custody of my children. His efforts and advice to me for navigating the legal landscape was outstanding in a world that discounts the rights of fathers. I received custody. Brian’s help and advice had authenticity and understanding I needed and appreciated, and helped in bringing healing to my family.

I had been taking care of my two kids for many years who were born while their mother was married to another man. Their mother then took me to court to try and take the kids away from me saying that I wasn’t the father and had no rights. A friend recommended Matt and he fought hard for me and got the mother and biological father to sign paternity to me. I now have 50/50 custody of my kids and I’m very happy with the work he did.

Helped make the painful process of divorce much less painful and stressful. Always communicated with me quickly and thoughtfully. I'd say I would use the again without hesitation, but hopefully I won't have to do that again, but you definitely should!

He was nice and explained everything. I was a little upset that I had to pay for the divorce twice, I know he told me if I canceled I would have to pay again but I would have thought that I'd get a little bit of a break. I am a single person with no children it can't be that hard! That was my only issue.
