While I reached out to Nick for a simple question and he could have just given with a simple answer and got rid of me, he hasn't. He has gone above and beyond anything I could have expected to give his knowledge, expertise and advice and I can truly tell he genuinely cares about what happens with his clients. He has been so helpful in the process I reached out to him for and am grateful to have found him. Bill Failey took my case when my previous lawyer wasn't doing the job I had hoped for. He was professional and honest through out the entire process. Although it took quite awhile to reach a settlement, I am satisfied. I would recommend Bill Failey to anyone dealing with injuries from auto accidents.

I got hit by a semi-truck in 2016. The driver of the truck’s insurance refused settle and Bill took my case all the way to trial. Bill won and the jury gave a unanimous verdict in my favor! Bill is a real great guy and even better trial attorney. Thanks so much Bill!

Bill was awesome at helping me through my car accident. He was very helpful and timely with getting this resolved. He fought to get this settled in a timely manner and to get the most out of it.
