I had never been involved with the legal system or needed a lawyer prior to this and Mark was fantastic to work with. He responds quick, answered all my questions and was very realistic/to the point. He got one charge completely dropped and what would have been a high BAC OWI to just an OWI. I also only had to go to 1 court date instead of what would have been 4. At no point did I feel judged or talked down to, he was great and super efficient. His price is beyond reasonable and well worth it with the outcome I got.

Mark is the way to go .. having him represent me was the best decision I’ve ever made he got straight down to business with me he got everything taken care of just as he said he would ! I totally recommend anybody that needs help with anything he’s able to help with … hire him and you will not be disappointed he’s an awesome person as well .

I cannot say enough good about Mark Caldwell. Our son was facing a felony charge and Mark got it reduced to a misdemeanor with very little jail time. Any time I contacted him with a question he answered promptly and never rushed me. Very professional. Would highly recommend him.

Do not trust this attorney. He forged my sons signature on court documents. Lying to his clients about what the law really is and making deals with the prosecutor. Strongly do not advise using this attorney!!!! Unless you want to go to prison

Mark was so helpful in getting my license back. He did two mock hearings to help get me prepared for my actual hearing. He was even willing to help me out while he was on vacation. He was very responsive in calls and was so well informed on the process of everything. For the pricing of his services, I felt that I was getting more than I paid for.
