The receptionist was rude and would not take the time to understand my question. She just kept assuming what I was looking for and then hung up on me after I was so nice and understanding of her lack of understanding. Would not reccomend these lawyers

My 11 year old Autistic son had a Title IX complaint made against him. I was stressed and confused by the whole incident and process. Tessa was able to walk me through everything and put my mind at ease. She quickly responded to any questions that I had. She fought for my son like he was her own and we received a positive outcome. When Michael Bartish met with us we were in a desperately emotional situation between family members where being able to trust a lawyer's character and experience was crucial. The situation I found myself was defending made up allegation by a student that led to a Title IX investigation in which the law firm for the school inappropriately opened up the investigation and then tried to get me to resign as the easiest way to deal with a situation! However, after a lengthy battle with Tessa Muir on my side the school admitted to the mistakes they and the their law firm had made! I returned to work protocols in place to protect other staff and myself in the future!

Mike at SBBL Law did an amazing job for me, on a case that was not easy because it was being pushed by the prosecutor and plaintiff. Even after it felt like they would not stop until trial, he got them to drop it before jury selection. He cares about saving his customers money, unlike so many other attorneys.
