I was Severly bit by a dog. Called Bill while I was still in the hospital, he was absolutely Amazing! Came out to my house the day after I arrived home. From answering my late night phone calls to following through with every word! Bill wasn’t just my attorney, he was my go to while I was suffering! I would recommend him 100%! He’s an amazing human, I suggest to follow through with any suggestions he may have, the guy knows what he’s talking about! Til this day he still checks in with me! Thanks a million Bill!!

I was involved in a car accident in October, my husband did the research to find Bill Failey. Have never regretted it. Very professional and caring and got the job done. I was in a motorcycle accident caused by a drunk driver in a car. I broke both of my femurs, my left hip, my pelvis, a rib, and cracked my skull in two places. My brain bled and swelled from the accident. My brain injury made me lose the ability to think for over a month. I couldn’t even remember my friends, family, or my loved one. Luckily my injuries have healed but with a lot of hard work. I had to live in a rehab hospital for 2 months, and have now not been able to go back to work for 7 months. While in the hospital I knew I needed legal help even though I did nothing wrong. I wanted someone to have to pay for what was done to me. I appreciate the chance to review the law office of James Champion. Jim was a former student of mine. I was his Dean of students at a large high school. Scheduled to fly to Bangkok with a no refund on my ticket, I called upon Jim for advice after being charged with a DUI by an over zealous local police officer. He advised I follow exactly what the presiding judge noted I needed to do before my official arraignment, moved up because of my upcoming flight. Jim traveled across the state to attend my hearing and offered stellar advice and a commitment to help me in my defense. He declined my offer to stay in a local motel to reduce his travel time. He then traveled the second time across the state to attend my appearance before the judge. Mr. Champion explained my case, and suggested in court, that as a student, I had helped him through some difficult times. His difficult times were not very troublesome. However, he was being a teenager. The court ruled that the DUI be dropped, minimal fees to be paid and twenty hours of community service to be accomplished before my travel dates. All conditions were accepted and met. Jim refused payment for his service as favors done for favors done. I did manage to reimburse him as he drove away on the October afternoon. Mr. Champion was, and is, professional, skilled and accomplished in his presentations before the court. Moreover, he personalizes and provides relevant support case by case.

Tom was hired to settle an auto accident claim. Tom and his staff were excellent to work with. Tom is very caring, responsive, and an excellent communicator who let me know all options going forward in settling my case. In the end I was very happy with the settlement. I would trust Tom in the future to handle a accident claim for me if needed.

Our family had a unique situation and sort of long relationship with Tom Sinas and his staff. I was in an auto accident and was fortunately referred to Tom.
