Take money after court order was signed to release debt. Crooks. Liars. Thief's

The level of consideration exhibited by this company is markedly insufficient. The receptionist displayed a discourteous manner and provided inaccurate information. It is imperative that the organization employs individuals who are well-informed and capable of effectively communicating case details. My service experience was unsatisfactory; upon requesting to speak directly with Scott, my request was denied, and the call was abruptly terminated due to the receptionist's difficulty in comprehending the case details. Consequently, I sought to engage with a more competent representative.

Scam firm for sure. Tried to leave me a message that I owe money. I don't think so. Nice try....

Trying to see if this company is legit. They called today to say we owed our prior Dr $30. We told them no we don't owe them anything. Heated Words between the lady at the law office and husband. Then we called the Dr’s office which confirmed we have a ZERO balance. The Drs office said they don't even use this company for collections and they also tried to call them and no one answered. We then tried to call back the law office and no answer had to leave a message. So if the doctor’s office is saying, we have a zero balance, they don’t use this company for their collections in the first place….then who is this law office getting these from and calling people trying to collect money? We are calling the State.. They’re trying to collect on bogus information with no money is even owed.

I just got off the phone with this law firm. I understand when you are summoned or put in a legal bind it's frustrating but this law firm is beyond rude. "Darian" (who wouldn't tell me her last name) was beyond rude. She tells me I have a service fee but gives me a it between 30.00-150 dollars. Like tell me the amount. The more I started grilling about the amount the more I felt the attitude. I was ready for them because I read your reviews before I called. I'm so over ppl being rude when you are trying to get out of the hole. You all need a person on the phone with some soft skills.

SHADY practice is an understatement. Sued me but then never answered my summons reply and never served me a notice to appear. I found out on FB that I had court the following week.

Along with everyone else. Very rude. Given paperwork 2 weeks before apparently suppose to show up to a court hearing. Very short tempered and extremely unhelpful. Can discuss payment options but only after they send you paperwork in the mail that takes 2 weeks to receive.....so how the heck does that work when you're gonna have me come to court in less than 2 weeks time?! Never experienced anything like that. Oh and don't go to trinity because this is the law office they use. God awful

Place is terrible. You call them and they "can't tell you anything" terrible people.

I have been in contact with an attorney. They do not serve properly and when you call them to try to take care of the debt they treat you like garbage. I tried to ask about payment options so that they don't take my whole paycheck and i got barked at. This place is not friendly to anyone who just wants to take care of a debt.

If I could leave negative stars, I would! The WORST customer service i have ever experienced! Very rude and can't even answer the simplest of questions ! They even hung up on me for calling in to many times (3) Highly do not recommend dealing with these so called lawyers!
