It was a bit humiliating filing bankruptcy but Mr.Malinowski made me feel a bit at ease. Through all the dumb questions I had and calls he was very responsive and very professional. I was referred to Michael by a friend’s brother who hired him for a bankruptcy in the past. I was skeptical of the whole bankruptcy thing, however, due to the pandemic/lockdowns my business became crippled and the walls were closing in. With little other options I contacted Michael and was able to meet with him in a timely fashion. He answered all of my questions in a respectful way and worked with me on my needs of keeping me well informed and went above and beyond to accommodate the exchange of time getting him the initial documents. I honestly don’t believe that the process of filling chapter 7 bankruptcy could’ve gone any more smoothly thanks to the professional assistance of Michael. Plus, his price was very fair. The whole process from start to finish took just over 6 months which was a blink of an eye. My massive debts were wiped out and funny enough my credit score went up 109 points once the bankruptcy hit my Credit Karma... Please note: I wouldn’t have needed to have filed if it weren’t for the pandemic, but realize that I’m not the only one who was in a financial strain due to the industry I was in. Malinowski Law, specifically Michael Malinowski, helped change my life! I came to them embarrassed, stressed and quite honestly broken. It’s not easy to admit and is still quite embarrassing but what they did for me is something that needs to be shared. They gave me hope. They gave me a stress free future. They educated me so I don’t make the same mistakes in the future. I encourage anyone struggling, living pay check to pay check, and just can’t ever seem to get ahead in life, to call this Law Firm. Bankruptcy doesn’t mean you’re giving up, it means you’re stopping the suffering. There are many forms of bankruptcy. Again, I am not “proud” to admit that I filed. Nor have I really shared to many of the people closest to me for that simple fact it’s none of any ones’ business, but I felt it necessary to share. I wish I wouldn’t have spent so many years in shame. Anxious and worried if we will have enough money to feed the family, faking that happy face at work, restless and the list goes on. If that hits a cord for any one reading this- do yourself a favor and just call. Some people don’t even qualify. If you do, stop throwing money at the debt you’ll never pay off in your lifetime and save it towards your bankruptcy. I wish I would have stopped the bleeding years ago. And remember, there is a reason bankruptcy is a clause in the United States Constitution!!! I encourage you to call. One last mentionable comment- the amount of respect, empathy and passion these people have for their clients is beyond what you’d imagine! My confidence was restored. I’m no longer faking a smile because inside I’m flooded with stress - I’m living life again how God intended.

When searching over the internet, you see so many different places to file bankruptcy and it’s hard to find that right one. I gave them a call one day and he explained everything I needed to know and help me understanding what I needed to do, when I needed to do and how it will be done. I was in the hospital when I had to file bankruptcy. Mike was very understanding, helpful and easy to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. He was straightforward. He made communication easy, and set my mind at ease. Walked me through everything step by step, and gave me options.

I gave 4 stars because Mike got the job done for us and was very knowledgeable, the lack of one star is he can be hard to reach it seems. I have a hard time getting a call or email back.
