I have a really good feeling​ that these good reviews are fake or lies... All the negative reviews match what I experienced with Mr Sutton.... First day in court he brings a star wars book with him and sits in the back reading!!! He was horrible with how he treated me in court,my ex was doing a great job at lying to the courts and had prove of her lies and when I tried to bring up points about her testimony that were untrue and I was told to (shut up I'm trying to her what she has to say),or a shhh,or he would just put his hand up and cut me off while I was trying to make those points. Horrible attorney! Don't waste your money!

Awesome attorney who really wants to help you! He has very reasonable rates and doesn't just milk away your money like many Attorneys do. He is very caring and compassionate and I highly recommend him. He will always be the lawyer that I use.

Dwaine Sutton did a great job proving to my former employer and most importantly proving to the judge, that I was NOT guilty of misconduct. Mr. Sutton won my case! Mr. Sutton always returned my calls, text messages and he took the time to meet with me on a couple occasions to talk about my case. Mr. Sutton is your guy, if you truly believe you have done no wrong for an employer to deny you unemployment benefits.

Dwaine Took over 4 months to finally reach a verdict that my unemployment was denied for quit in lieu of termination . I didn't even have a chance to give my side of the story in court. What a waste of time and money.. Don't waste your time
