Jason helped me out after I got hurt in an auto accident. He was able to collect the maximum amount of compensation for me, which I'm very grateful for after having to deal with the injury, having to my auto insurance company, and then all of the trouble of replacing my car. Jason Barrix is a great attorney who is very thorough, and he ensures his clients are well-prepared. I had two DUIs several years ago and was ready to try getting my full driving privileges restored. Jason barrix is hands the best in the business. Very nice guy who accommodates your needs and gives you answers all along thr way. I had a rider fall off my motorcycle and left the scene because I didn't have an indorcement. However I did leave the victim with two of my close freinds and called for an ambulance before leaving. Later in court they tried hitting me with a 5 year felony and 2 year jail sentence. Jason got the whole case dropped because he knows the law. He even proved my passenger was Intoxicated and lieing about false Injurys. Later Jason helped me beat a dui case where I slept in my truck in a bar parking Lot with it running in the winter. (Which I did use my vehicle for shelter) and didn't want to drive being I was drunk. That case was also dropped at 7pm that night by a email from. The judge/prosecutor. Hes two for two. Highly recommend. Both cases dropped. Knows the statue laws Stuff happens, Jason will be there for you along the way.

Jason Barrix was terrific. I have never needed a lawyer and do not know much about the process of being charged with an offense. I didn’t try to contact Jason until the morning of my arraignment. I left a message him at 8 am and my arraignment was at 10 am. He returned my call within a half hour and was present for the zoom call at 10 am. Jason was great about explaining things to me about my case and what to do and the next step in the process. He took extra care to assure me that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was and that everything would be fine. He also took extra steps to help me know I would be ok with my employer. I will absolutely recommend Jason to anyone I know who may need a lawyer in the future. Thank you so much Jason!

I have hired Jason Barrix on a few occasions and he is dedicated to his clients. I was on parole for utter and publishing and caught a felony utter and publishing while on parole and he got me jail time, didn’t give up. My last experience retaining him I thought I wasn’t guilty of the charges but Jason knows the details of the law due to his passion for the law. He told me straight up how it is that I will be found guilty it might not be fair given the circumstances of the case but he was straightforward with me. Jason will show up to court on your behalf without you there when the when the courts allow it, I missed a court date that Jason insisted I had to appear at but I had the flu and somehow he did what he did and a warrant wasn’t put out for my arrest luckily, I do not recommend ever missing court. Jason couldn’t appear with me before the judge on my one year misdemeanor, he got the second offense domestic violence dropped, so he had another lawyer show up on my behalf that believes in doing everything he can for his clients like him and I received 30 days jail no probation with a record of six felonies and twenty misdemeanors, that being said I highly recommended retaining Jason Barrix if you are in a situation which you need a criminal defense or personal injury attorney!
