Filing bankruptcy is stressful, time consuming, and impacts your life moving forward in ways you never expected. Having this law firm stand with me was an excellent experience. My lawyer, Jeremy, supported and guided me through the process with patience and professionalism and his actions proved that he was working with my best interest in mind. Rebecca was very helpful going above & beyond in her willingness to help me. I had several things going on at once and she even contacted my exes lawyer when it really had nothing to do with the bankruptcy. The lawyer that I had to handle my wife and I case was Jeremy Shephard. This was a very long process from start to finish, but overall, we felt that we had made a great decision by following Mr. Shephard's advice as he had laid out all of our options for us, and filed a case. However, due to powers outside of any of our control, our case went on a lot longer than expected with more and more hoops to jump through. However, this is not necessarily a standard routine for everyone, but it was for us. Mr. Shephard stayed positive, professional, calm, informative, and understanding during this unpleasant experience and numerous conversations with myself very frustrated with the whole process. However, Mr. Shephard was very gracious and didn't charge me any extra fees for his service, which he was well within his right to do so. We would highly recommend Mr. Shephard to anyone. Long story short, I went through a very devastating experience due to a loss of a long term job I was left with over 150,000 in debt and didnt know what to do. Jeremy made my life feel like a blessing after the couple of years of extreme stress of trying to hold on. If I had questions or needed help he answered immediately.
