I have only had a phone conversation thus far but wow they were helpful, respectful and were not pushing me to come in to give any money or sign any contracts. They answered all my questions over the phone! I will be utilizing them if and when I do need to file chapter 7 and will recommend them to others.

I had found myself in a very difficult financial situation after several setbacks in a row. Bankrupty was NEVER someplace I thought I would be, I had worked hard all my life and always paid my bills, then life happened and the economy fell apart and my spouse and I lost our jobs at nearly the same time, When I had nowhere else to turn, I turned to David Andersen and Associates. The entire staff was kind, courteous, compassionate and very understanding, They helped me to understand that this was not a situation anybody expects to find themselves in, that life happens and can take us in unexpected directions, and that this can happen to anyone. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, assuring me that I had taken the first step toward a fresh start and they were there to help. I never felt pressured, only advised of what the best option for my situation was. The decision was mine. I so greatly appreciated their openness and assistance in understanding the whole process of bankruptcy, I will forever be grateful for their expertise and professionalism and what they've done for me to help get me back on track.

Filing for bankruptcy can be extremely stressful. The staff was very friendly and did a great job at putting me at ease. The staff was able to explain the entire process so that I was able to understand everything, what would be needed and how long each step would take.

Bankruptcy can be a hard decision and thing to do, but the staff at David Andersen & Assoc. are fantastic. They treat you right and are very helpful. They don't belittle you because you are going through a difficult time. They handle everything for you. I wouldn't want anyone else to handle my bankruptcy. I am a recent client of David Andersen & Associates. I just want to tell people how they helped me, I recommend them highly I was so satisfied with my experience that I want to make sure that people will give them a try before they try some one else they make bankruptcy affordable, they worked with me of my fees and any other situation I had. I just had surgery and I got well wishes from the staff even after my case was done. Even the secretary was exceptional, when ever she said she would send something out is was here the next day. Are we talking about exceptional yes ma am, fast efficient and about the business. Once I had paid all my monies, they where ready to role. When it comes to customer satisfaction they go beyond your expectations I was so empress with the way they treated me and how fast every thing was going. I was right with at the speed of light. I was supplying them the information when they needed as well. Great customer service, they are about satisfying the customer. Will this customer got great customer service.

Rebecca was very helpful going above & beyond in her willingness to help me. I had several things going on at once and she even contacted my exes lawyer when it really had nothing to do with the bankruptcy. Even when I had to leave a message, which was rare, I got a call back within the day. Mitch was also very helpful and always took the time to answer my questions & get answers for me.

I can not say enough positive things about Jeremy Shephard and his associates. Going bankrupt is never easy and can be quite stressful. But they all made me feel at ease. They never made feel as though I was bothering them. We had so many concerns and questions and Cathy was so patient with us as were everyone else. They went the extra mile and for that I am so appreciative and thankful. I would highly recommend them.
