I was nervous and anxious after getting a summon from a creditor. I called Gabriel and got it all under control, relieved my stress and in the end he settled for less than half what I owed, he really saved me on this, 100% recommend

Gabe addressed a fraudulent claim by a large auto dealer immediately upon contacting him, review of situation and retaining his services. No more calls from high pressure management demanding immediate payment/resolution to a false claim.

I do NOT recommend Gabriel S. Sanchez told me a bunch of fluff of what he could do. He asked for $250 for paperwork he was supposed to submit. I ended up wasting money he NEVER provided anything no outcome/no update just took my money and disappeared!

I was referred to Mr. Sanchez back in March of 2023 for a Landlord Tenant Dispute. I am a Veteran and was facing some financial hardship at the time and my malicious apartment complex decided to attempt an eviction and place a balance on our ledger for "court and attorney fees" along with an attempted possession of items letter. Mr. Sanchez took on my case and reassured me that this was a common tactic used by landlords to scare renters into paying the balance and their attorneys fees. This was reassuring and gave our family the confidence we needed to dispute this in court, he advised us of the appropriate measures to take and we did just that. A few months passed and never heard or saw any eviction notice or possession of items notice either, and we informed Mr. Sanchez and he stated that if they do not serve us they cannot legally evict us. With that being said we waited...and...NOTHING.. He had not seen anything up and coming related to our case at all, so I contacted the courthouse in my county and found out through the clerk that they served the letters improperly and to a completely different address, however, they did get the address for possession of items letter correct but it was sent out to the incorrect address, and we found out they held a hearing without our knowledge and so he jumped on it and diligently filed a motion to set aside a default in our case for improper service. We ended up settling with the apartment complex. Fast forward to 2024, and I reached back out to Mr. Sanchez because I was in need of some consumer protection from debt collectors. I was made aware of his excellence and profound knowledge in consumer protection and debt collection practice areas through a few news articles and reviews, and he has really shown his service and dedication to protection against aggressive debt collectors. Mr. Sanchez had limited knowledge with how (non student loan) federal debt was handled by debt collectors, however he prevailed and advised me on the appropriate steps to take legally and so far, my credit has improved tremendously, were talking 94 points give or take. In total there were about 3 or 4 collections accounts that were placed on my credit report in 2022 during a divorce, and removed from my credit report with his help. I continue to seek legal advice and guidance from Mr. Sanchez on his knowledge on consumer protection on top of other legal related topics. I would definitely recommend his services.

Gabriel Sanchez took my case, it's been over a year and I haven't heard anything from him, no letter or email. I continue to have to call the office which every time I call they ask for my name and when I give it to them no one is available to speak with me. I continue to get the run around and I don't know what's going on with my case, in the beginning I was told the money was being refunded, then it was they had to go to court now it's no communication for over a year, I suggest going else where so u don't have to deal with this type of headache and stress.

Went into a hefty tenant/landlord dispute with little legal experience & nobody around West Michigan was willing to help…except for Gabe!! He knew his stuff and was very reassuring. The case was dropped and Mr. Sanchez was a great asset to have on my team. Down to earth & willing to assist. 10/10 recommend.

Got my settlement accepted. They keep my security deposit and I pay the BS water bill. But I'm off the hook. No past owed rent. No more lease on my back. I wanna thank Mr.Sanchez at Maul Law. If you have any issues with a landlord, unwanted tenant, or any sort of property dispute, call him. He was efficient, very fast and handling the situation, knew his stuff, and did everything with my budget in mind. He just wanted to help. He wasnt just a good lawyer, but a great human being. Mr. Sanchez is a nice and kind hearted man. I reached out to him because I needed help with a debt collector trying to sue me and I called him and explained my situation to him and he setup an appointment to meet and when I met with him he was so polite and nice and after going over my paperwork he said he could take on my case and will do his best to get it dismissed and he did I would definitely recommend Mr. Sanchez to anyone who is in need of an attorney thank you so much.

Wow, all I can say is wow. Gabriel and his team are all very good at what they do! I had a debt collection issue that he made flat out disappear. It started with a guy in a bullet proof vest delivering a letter to appear in court. I was scared to say the least. I searched, found, and called Gabriel. He calmed me down, and explained that these are all scared tactics and that he was on the case. I sat back and went on with my life while he got the case fully dismissed. Like I said, Jedi Master! He is very affordable, doesn't judge you at all, and is always there with answers to your questions. Thanks again to Gabriel, and his team.

Gabe helped me to remove a wrong debt, which was reported by a debt collector, from my credit report. I became aware of this debt report after moving from another state to Michigan where I had run into problem renting a place after my move. During the stressful process, he provided me with a letter to the management of the apartment where I am currently living in and expalined thoroughly the situation. He was very honest from the beginning about the time that it might take to get the case resolved. In the process, he was available and answered all my questions almost immediately. Thankfully, the wrong collection report is now gone from my credit report.
