Very comprehensive approach, well organized and truly interested in helping his clients and answering your questions. To be honest, I didn't have many questions going in since I had no idea what to expect - I was thinking a pretty simple process to "fill out some forms"...Mike enlightened me on all the important things that ensure my family will be well taken care of.
