VERY happy with the level of professionalism, time, care, and attention that was shown to me and my case on short notice, and the honest and frank feedback to keep us out of litigation. I received a letter informing me of a threat to sue on 4 counts, plus an additional legal action, if I did not take immediate actions within 24 hours. Without being a lawyer myself and with no experience with "being sued" and the court system, it was very important to me to have direct advice to arrive at the best solution for myself and my family. We settled for what by many accounts was an "unfair amount," but it was transparently discussed along with the potential risks and rewards and what to expect. At the end of the day, it was my decision to make, and I am happy with the quick resolution I was able to make with a trusted advisor.
