What an amazing attorney. I have worked with James now for 20 years, and have been Blessed to have had him on my side. I don't think that you will meet a kinder or more honest person in this business. I trust him entirely, if you're seeking an attorney for any needs, I would call James first.

I retained Paul Tylenda in 2017, seemed like a good situation. Communication with him is horrible. Does not answer the phone. I retained Paul in regards to criminal defense, apparently the sentencing did not reflect what he said would happen, although sentencing is never “promised”. When I received a year in jail vs the 2 months that was discussed, Paul disappeared once I was in jail custody. He ignored me, refused to answer my calls, and never fulfilled his promise to appeal the outcome and or file a motion for early release as offered and stated by him. The fact that I paid this man and expected him to have a certain level of respect by maintaining communication, he disappeared like a ghost once the sentence was done. Granted an attorneys job is done once that has taken place, unless he has promised further outcomes or attempts to remedy an unsatisfactory result. I knew he was ignoring me when he stopped answering my calls, and it was proven when I had my wife call him from a different number and he answered. I do not recommend this person to represent you. A lawyer should look beyond the pay day.
