I was sentenced to Macomb County Jail. Now my exact sentence was very confusing because of the unprofessional behavior of the Prosecutor and Court Clerks yelling and cursing at my Defence Attorney (Court Appointed). I was released from Jail on Probation 12 days later. After 9 months of reporting to Probation and paying over a thousand dollars in restitution, my Probation Officer calls me and tells me I need to turn myself in to do a year in the county jail and that there was a clerical error! I called Paul Tylenda and did not turn myself in. I went to Court and got a Court Date set. Paul was more than helpful by communicating my situation and is still working on a solution to my case. I will update the out come of yet another mess up by Macomb County Courts. This Lawyer is sharp. He immediately started working on a solution for my situation and that gave me a real piece of mind so that I could continue to be a good father to my children and continue running my business.
