His knowledge of the law, and the precision with which he practices it, is why he is so well respected. David treats his clients with kindness, respect, and empathy. David’s clients come to him for an array of reasons, ranging from driving under the influence to serious felonies. In cases where there are substances involved, he automatically reaches out to the mental health community to see if the client needs support and help. This is extremely important in today’s world where substance abuse is at an epidemic level. If you or a loved one needs legal representation for any reason, I would highly recommend David as a competent and compassionate attorney.

Mr Politano did not represent us the best way possible. Communication was difficult at best and he was not very responsive most of the time. He let our case slip away and it was not resolved to my satisifaction. In short, he cost me a lot of money by not taking the proper precautions when finalizing the case. He definitely was not looking our for us.

Retained this attorney one year ago to fight a foreclosure. He did not communicate with me, regardless of phone messages or letters I left which led to not being informed of a pending eviction at the last minute.
