Very fine counsel obtained from Amy Hartmann. A real pro.

I just read one of his reviews about him, not showing up for the court dates and not fulfilling his side of his commitment. He takes your money and you never hear from him again and I also will be making a complaint to Dana Dessel and to the AGC

$15,000 retainer. Quit after 1st day of trial. A Joke

Brian had me pay him $1,500 for a retainer. He made one phone call for me and stopped answering my texts. I would not recommend this lawyer. Scam artist!!

Scam artist, I put down a $5000 dollar retainer fee, and after several weeks of calls, messages and emails I have not heard back from Brian. I will be taking steps to get my money back, but just a warning for other people, this guy is a crook and con artist. Not to be trusted.

Amy Hartmann just completed our estate planning, trust administration and will. Amy did an outstanding and thorough job, and best of all, explained all components in an easy to understand manner. 5 Stars!

DONT TRUST HIM!! SCAM! TOOK THOUSANDS FROM ME AND NOW MY DAUGHTER HAS A WARRANT BECAUSE HE DIDNT SHOW UP WHEN THE COURT SENT HIM THE COURT DATE!! I hired him to take care of my daughter’s case - if I could do zero stars I would. We have been calling after paying thousands of dollars .. the court sent the court date to him he didn’t show now she has a warrant out for her arrest. She did a review- he then answered the phone after MULTIPLE attempts with no answers or saying “I’ll call you this afternoon “ but never would and said he would take care of it, just take the review down and then she did take the review down and then he blocked her. I paid all that money to him for nothing. What should have been a first offense, easy case (I was told), now we are scrambling trying to get ahold of him and trying to call the bar association and find another attorney and call the court houses all because we trusted the wrong attorney. DONT TRUST THIS GUY! We went to his old office today.. they said he filed bankruptcy and wasn’t practicing anymore. At this point we should have went with a public defender instead. We were asked by another attorney if we wanted to sue, but we really just wanted her case and warrant handled. I can’t believe we were scammed by an ATTORNEYi!!!

Brian Dailey, I am eternally grateful for you. Thank you so much for what you have done for me. We received the best outcome there was for my OWI case (that was dropped to impaired). That is just about as amazing as you are. What a caring and wise lawyer God graced me with. Unbelievable, you did it again. We won that what we wanted. So bessed.

Gave Mr. Dailey a large retainer on 3/21/2024. He was scheduled to appear in court for our case on 4/10/2024 but he never showed. Our last communication with Mr. Dailey was on 3/28/2024. I know now that I am not the only person he has done this to. My recommendation is RUN not walk away from this man and anyone associated with him. Wrong victim my friend. How many more are there? You’ll be receiving a copy of the complaint I made with the Attorney Grievance Commission soon enough. Perhaps seeing my name in print will jog your memory.

By far the worst attorney I’ve ever worked with… if I could give this man no stars, I would. Absolutely NO communication at all, I hired him 3 weeks prior to my court date, and he showed up late to our zoom call after I had to personally call him to join, and had the nerve to tell the judge he was just retained… He was lying to me the night prior to rush me off of the phone just for my case to have no resolutions and for me to have no answers. I have still been trying to contact this man, he still hasn’t responded. His voicemail doesn’t work and never has time to talk. He took my money and ran. He assured me at the time of hire that he would be able to handle the situation and work with me while communicating with me but he would never answer my calls and always rushed me off of the phone. I’ve been trying to talk to this man everyday.. he doesn’t respond and has no idea what’s going on with my case. This is the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever encountered. I currently have an open case with him on it, and I want him off. I’ve already hired another attorney. This guy does absolutely nothing he says he will, and I honestly feel like he’s scamming many of us. I wouldn’t hire this man for anything, and I wouldn’t recommend him for anything unless you’re trying screw yourself. I hired him to be my attorney on 2/15/2024. My next court date is the 21st of March 2024, and I have no idea what’s going on, I should have never hired this man. I want my money back, so I can atleast put it towards my new attorney who takes their job seriously and actually cares for their clients.
