Brian responded to my call quickly. He's easy to contact and speak to. VERY helpful.

I would leave no star if I could. Brian gave me misleading hope and after hiring Brian I received advice from a different attorney and they informed me that Brian is not doing as he was supposed to. Brian was paid $3000 without necessary work done. Each and every time I was on the phone with Brian, and before even answering any questions, Brian refused to listen to my concerns and demanded another payment. I asked Brian for a statement of what he’s done. Brian hung up on me as I sought explanation and Brian refused to cooperate further which he put me under even more stress and pressure from Brian alone on top of what I already had going on. There’s a chance I will sue Brian. I encourage anyone not to work with Brian, I personally have heard many negative things after hiring Brian. In the end, it all made sense.

While the situation i was calling about is not something this office was best suited for, Brian was very professional and helpful in providing information on best option to proceed. Very positive first interaction, and I would not hesitate to contact his office in the future!

My son hired this lawyer over 2 years ago and this lawyer finally just settled the case in July and here we are in November and I still haven't gotten my money every time I try to call this lawyer his voicemail is full or he has to call me back or he wants to send me an email he never gives me an answer but my money I would like to know where my money is to make sure he is not stealing my money like the other ladies review that I read paid he keeps giving me the

My experience wasn’t the best. I explained my financial issues and attorney Brian and I discussed and agreed upon a payment arrangement. I put $500 down and we agreed upon $200 per month. Well, he gave me $200 services. I was never able to get in contact with him until the actual time of the court date. We never reviewed anything prior to our court dates. He was making decisions for me and I was unclear of how these positively or negatively affected my situation. I missed a court date mistakenly and from there he claimed to have needed the money up front or more frequent payments. I wouldn’t recommend because his communication was not the best and he will sell you a dream. I would’ve preferred if he told me he didn’t take installments and he offers better services to clients that pay in full so I could’ve put my money elsewhere. Once he asked for more frequent payments I reminded him of our agreement and explained that it was out of my budget and spoke on his communication skills he immediately stated he would with draw and hung up. Very unprofessional, his assistant Farah was more available and helpful. Still wouldn’t recommend. He told me upon putting my down payment down he would retrieve the discovery and everything else regarding my case, he would get to the court dates letting the judge know he never received this or never went over that with the client. Maybe if I had the $4500 up front he would’ve put forth more effort. He doesn’t care that it’s someone’s life and career on the line. Very money hungry. You didn’t withdraw because I missed court because I joined late. You withdrew because you wanted to horse me to get 4500 and I told you I couldn’t afford it per our agreement at the start. Please don’t lie and make stuff up.

Brian (murdaugh)dailey stole my settlement money $15,000 , how is this man able to keep his law license unbelievable, no you stop making false statements I’ve met with you,where’s my money, a five year suspension what a joke he should never be allowed to practice law in this state or any other state,this man stole a lot of money
