Stay away from this law firm. Trish Haas is having her license revoked. She is not a good lawyer nor an honest person. She pretend to help one family while hurting another all for money. She will soon be out on the street.

I have been working with Trish for over five years, as I am constantly in court with the other parent. She is straight and to the point, explains why you should or should not move forward with certain motions and provides ongoing guidance as needed. She is not a money hungry attorney that will just take a case to take a case. She will candidly advise as to what is worth your money perusing and what is not, avoiding unnecessary costs and drama. We have won every single case, which speaks for itself and she is well versed and knowledgeable in family law. She is also quick to respond to emails and calls and her staff is always friendly, helpful and amazing.

She burned through my retainer and allegedly did tasks that I told her not to do. As a matter of fact I told her to put my case on hold and stop everything . She did totally opposite so she could burn through my retainer fee. On top of that she’s suing me for unpaid illegitimate legal fees of 1600$ Run ! Run! Run!

Trish Haas is a blessing. She’s fierce when needed, loyal, caring, so knowledgeable, hard working. I got really lucky finding Mrs. Haas. I had another lawyer that I let go because I didn’t he cared he was always BSing me. Say one thing and tell me I was wrong later. So you see I’ve experienced and seen the bad and the great. Very few and far In between to be able to reach the level that Mrs. Haas is on. I totally and completely recommend her. She’s kind and caring. That’s huge! Along with being very organized. Her staff is wonderful too! I can’t say enough good things about this woman. She knows the law and will get you what you deserve. For me the importance is how she made me feel. She truly cares and does her homework. No BSing from her or me. Thank you Trish. We won’t forget you and we will stay in touch so you can watch my happy child grow.

Attorney Haas was extremely supportive & patient while working with me through my court proceedings. She really made things go much smoother than I had anticipated. History review: Utilizing two other attorneys’: Signed order dated: June 29, 2007 CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILD IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant Mother, (mother’s name), is hereby awarded sole legal and sole physical custody of the minor child… Hired Trish Haas 05/14/12: Signed order dated: July 19, 2012 LEGAL CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILD IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Plaintiff Father, (my name) and Defendant Mother, (mother’s name), are hereby awarded joint legal and joint physical custody of the minor child… I now enjoy my time with my son 245 days of each year, have him during the school year, retain the custodial environment and was recently awarded child support. Trish restored my family when other attorney’s could not. I would recommend Trish to all fathers or anyone seeking an excellent attorney.
