I would not recoment this attny. I'm am not sure if he was inexperienced when he represented me, or if that was just his practicing style, but the experience was awful. Very shady indeed.

Brian started with one of the mega divorce firms. I found this reassuring because, while he is talented and ambitious enough to go out on his own, he is also aware of the methods used by firms which specialize in divorce; The best of both worlds. Brian did not nickel and dime me in this process at all...Quite to the contrary. It's just not in him. He goes through the process with much integrity in his dealings with every person. He survives on referrals and, while I don't know if that is what motivates his actions, he is responsive and available and has earned this referral. I know I received good advice from Brian and he served me well in all dialogue with the opposing attorney and the judge. Brian will listen to what you want, advise you what is realistic and will represent your wishes. Brian also knows many judges and other divorce attorneys which gave him some insight to share…Another benefit which I appreciated.

Words cant express what Mr. Catanese has done for me at this point!!! He has helped me far more than expected, I have great confidence Today knowing Mr. Catanese WILL do all needed to Help his client.

Brian has helped me out of a few thing. I will continue to use Brian and refer him to my friends and family when they need a good lawyer.
