I was at a loss, when I went in to see Mr. Diederich. I wanted better visitation rights for my children. I live in Clare county. Which is known by most as not being very father friendly. Mr. Diederich, was very knowledgeable and reassuring to me. Calmed me down. Took time to listen to me. I truly felt he had my back! That's an important feeling when fighting for your world. He fought for me. I went in with every other weekend. Wound up getting joint custody. Other than my kids' birth I've never felt happier. He helped make my little family feel whole again. I can't say enough about D Todd Diederich. To this day he asks how we are. Its been almost two years since the case. And yet he still cares. I personally can't thank him enough. I recommend him to everyone. He's a great guy and attorney. I'll never use another attorney. Even the staff was super nice. Always greeted me kindly. Always got a call back when I left a message. Like I said just the best overall experience I've had with an attorney.

I grew up thinking you can never trust Attorneys, they know how to be Dirty, well until I needed one Bad, I was given a Court Appointed Attorney and I felt I’ve been this route before so I need someone Knowledgeable. Im currently going thru a divorce. Im now a single dad. I have a child with my ex wife, and a child with my "current wife." Guess what? Those 2 lovely ladies teamed up and I have 2 separate custody cases going on at 1 time! Im going thru what you could describe as a living hell. I was feeling hopeless. I found Mr. Todd Diederich to be a Lawyer, who really showed care and concern, when I needed his Service. Mr. Todd Diederich is an asset to our community, not only is he a great Lawyer, people may not know all he does. he helps needy Families, through out the year, especially at Christmas He is there when you need him and that means a lot!!

Todd is so much more then a lawyer.. He speaks to you not only as your legal advisor but as a friend. Todd and his staff are prompt at letting you know if any thing in your case.. Email, social media text and calls are all very easy ways of getting ahold of him.. Todd goes above and beyond any other lawyer I've had.. 10/10 Todd will be the only lawyer I use for what ever reason needed. He currently represents me in my custody case and I couldn't have chosen a better person to stand beside me.

Mr. Diederich represented my husband and I in a civil case that seemed to have us backed into a corner even though the evidence was overwhelmingly in our favor. Where other attorneys told us we didn't have a chance, Mr. Diederich reviewed our evidence and immediately accepted the case. He estimated in total. six months of mediation and our case would end in a mutually agreeable decision. The case dragged on for three agonizing years due to the defendant's legal team and Mr. Diederich was with us every step of the way. He made sure we were fully informed and involved and stood by us to the end. He was not intimidated by a large law firm and never backed down. A favorable agreement was finally reached and was unprecedented as no other attorney would attempt a case like ours.
