Extremely unprofessional; profit driven; ego driven and very rude and condescending. This was a very expensive lesson learned - we should have listened to our gut feelings and severed the relationship long ago. We should have researched more thoroughly. Beware.

I HIGHLY recommend Trip and Tagg Attorneys at Law, I worked with Steven Storrs and he guided me through the whole process and answered every silly question I had, and even though Covid slowed everything down he still got my case taken care of fast! Great attorney and great staff!!

Find someone else. Dave Tripp will charge you an exorbitant price to take your claim (by case, not by the hour), do a mediocre job representing you in court, if needed, and not follow up with any of the final details you paid him to handle. He doesn't return calls or emails, doesn't file court paperwork you've paid him to file, and then lose your paperwork and court docs somewhere in his office and not bother to find them for you. Mr. Tripp is a crook, a liar and a fraud.

Same problems here had to keep returning calls and finally got to talk to someone. His clients that took us to court we requesting proof of something which we provided and instead of looking at the paperwork himself just kept telling us I will talk to my people. I don't even believe he talked to them the papers we sent in that were requested had not even been looked at for over a week if he even looked at them at all. I believe all i got was lies. Well if the issue doesn't get resolved I really hope they needed the money more than we did because I would almost put money on it (if we had it) that again nothing will get checked out.
