When I first talked to Tim on the phone I knew he’d be the right attorney. He explained everything I need to know and answers all my questions before I even asked them. Tim made the process of setting aside my past convictions so painless. Every step of the way he took care of absolutely everything, and laid out exactly what would be expected of me and what I needed to prepare for. He was available by email or phone anytime I had a question and explained everything in a way I would understand. He was very supportive through the whole process and honestly gave me the confidence I needed to get through it. I recently decided that I wanted to try and get a 20 year old conviction expunged. I didn't really know what lawyer I would call and learn more about how to handle it. I started making calls and the first four attorney offices I called wanted to set me up with consultation calls, some scheduled two weeks out. My last call, I reached out to Mr. Slais office and with in an hour so Mr Slais himself returned my call. Mr. Slais informed me of the different requirements to be eligible for an expungement ect. the point is, I never felt rushed or spoken down to, or patronized. Long story short, I decided to hire Mr Slais and the entire experience from start to finish was personable, and most importantly the 20 year old record was set aside. I would highly recommend Mr Slais office and service to anyone!
