I would highly recommend using Tim Slais for your legal needs. Because of his background and experience in all aspects of the process, he truly has the knowledge and works alongside the client to achieve the optimal outcome. RESTRICTED LICENSE ISSUED WITH NO IGINITION INTERLOCK REQUIRED! I had a revoked driver's license. Met with attorney Tim Slais. He had a very reasonable fee in dealing with my driver's license revocation hearing. As everyone's circumstances are different, Tim advised me on all the items that were necessary prior to my hearing such as support letters, counseling, 10 panel drug screen, substance abuse evaluation and other items that were necessary for my SOS hearing. Attorney Slais completed and submitted to the SOS all required paperwork and forms needed for my SOS hearing. Attorney Slais prepared me well for my hearing. During the SOS hearing, the Hearing Officer (Erickson from Grand Rapids) was very tough but impressed on how well prepared I was. Seven days later after my hearing I was issued a restricted driver's license with NO ignition interlock (blow and go) required. Way to go Attorney Slais.
