We weren't sure what to expect. We had tried another lawyer who had a group meeting and we weren't happy with that or the cost of the service. So , a family member referred us to P. Haans Mulder, Attorney at Law. What a difference. At our first meeting we felt at ease and knew we made a good choice. He answered all of our questions and did all the work. When he had finished, we stopped by the office to pick up the folder so we could sign the paperwork that needed signed, and have the executor we picked sign his part , and finish any odds and ends. What a relief to know that by doing this it would keep our property out of probate court and all items would go to family members like it should. Thank you again to Mr. P. Lindsey captured my confidence and respect from our first conversation, displaying a true interest in my long-distance custody case, and making thoughtful and appropriate recommendations that demonstrated her extensive knowledge, insight, and experience. She made herself available to ensure that visitation exchanges went smoothly, and advocated tirelessly for me when they did not. Her arguments in court were well-researched and referenced, and she always prepared me in advance for what the potential outcomes may be. Lindsey was a joy to work with. She made me feel like she truly cared about my feelings. If she had a hard time understanding some of the farming language, she went out of her way to learn.
