Don't waste anymore time looking for another attorney. If you have stumbled across Gerald R Stahl in your search, call him now for a consultation. You will not find a better option. Not only is he extremely smart and resourceful, but has a profound understanding of the in's and out's of the legal system. On top of these attributes, he is extremely attentive and thorough when working with you on the case. His knowledge and demeanor helped put me at ease on many occasions. Calls were always returned and questions answered in a timely fashion. Not a second went by during my process where I didn't feel like I wasn't his top priority. Despite my ignorance with the system and the process, he validated my concerns and put me at ease from beginning to end. His experience as a Lawyer gives him insight most attorneys simply don't posses. Not to mention, his contacts throughout the different courthouses etc. Let's face it. Sometimes it comes down to who you know in order to get results and get the job done. A small Avvo review cannot possibly explain how grateful I am to his and the "magic" he was able to work. He was able to get my charge of "refusal to blow" in the PBT dropped. This could have resulted in a year suspension on my driver's license and is not easy charge to get dropped. If it wasn't for him I would've been in a big mess with everything. He treats you like a friend and he's the best one for the job to help.

Mr. Stahl obtained the maximum amount allowed for damages incurred by an uninsured motorist according to my insurance policy. He did so promptly after the necessary medical documents were available. Mr. Stahl was referred by a trusted friend who wash only a long time family friend of Mr. Stahl's, but had also hired him for a similar proceeding. After an initial telephone consultation, Mr. Stahl invited me to his offices, where after his thorough explanation of his experience relative to my case and extraordinarily prediction of what to expect, I hired him. His prediction was nearly perfect. Moreover, thanks to some timely guidance and last minute strategic action, the administrative hearing regarding a long term suspension of my license was averted completely.

My experience with Gerald Stahl was great. When I entered my information online I received a number of responses from attorneys stating their fees, from Gerald I received a few questions and a phone number. An informative conversation later I hired him and met the same day. I was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. The misdemeanor was dropped and the felony reduced to a first offence misdemeanor which was what he predicted from our first meeting. I would highly recommend him!

My experience with Jerry was definitely a good one. He was honest about what I was going up against and thoroughly explained the process that we would be going through with the legal system. He also did a great job of instilling confidence in me in that we would be able to get the best possible outcome for my case. Finally, Gerald is very familiar with the people of the 63rd district court so you can be confident that he knows which people to talk to in order to get all the information he needs to win your case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Let me start by saying that Gerald got my case dismissed. I went to Gerald for assistance with my DUI case. Gerald was very up front with me and managed expectations very well without sugar coating it too much. I have worked with other lawyers who I feel tell you what you want to hear in order to get your business but don't give you a realistic picuture of what can be done. This is not the case with Mr. Stahl. He was forthright and spoke candidly. He constantly kept in contact with me and did a phenomenal job keeping me in the loop and returning/answering all of my calls. He was always prompt and prepared for my court dates and his fees were more than reasonable. That being said it is hard to put a price on freedom and no matter what he charged I feel it would be fair for the service and representation I got. In the end Gerald exceeded my expectations and my case was dismissed. This turned out better than either of us thought it would. Underpromise and overdeliver. That's his motto.
