My first experience with Ken was regarding elder care estate planning advice 15+ years ago when my mother had a terminal illness. Since then several family members have worked with him to update or devise estate plans. Recently after moving back to the area, Ken updated my legal estate planning and medical directive documents. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding estate planning, trusts, wills, elder care issues, and also provided excellent advice and referrals beyond my estate plan to help with financial and tax issues related to my current transition. The attorneys and firm I used in the DC area to put together my original documents were excellent, but it was a very impersonal process. Not only is Ken's expertise equal to theirs, but with a more personal touch. He takes time to thoroughly listen and understand your situation and needs, and is genuinely caring and compassionate toward his clients. His staff is also excellent and a pleasure to work with.
