Had questions and they answered them for me

We had to update our wills since moving from a different state. We met with Glen and he informed us the differences in MI laws. His team was very professional and provided us with updated wills and other documents. I highly recommend him for assistance with any senior planning issues one may have.

When I had called Bergmans Law out of Howell I spoke with reception. I asked about counseltation and she had informed me it was a free 30 minute phone counceltation. I was in the process of asking him my questions he stopped me and said that I have to change you 195.00 an hour to answer any more of your questions and my whole conversation recorded in phone logs said the whole conversation lasted 5 minutes and 2 seconds. Not a recommended lawyer service!!!

I attended one of Glenn’s free Elder Law and Estate Planning workshops (see his website). I was really impressed with his presentation and decided that he would be the best lawyer to meet my needs of protecting my assets, while updating my estate planning documents. He took the time to understand my concerns and explained in detail how each document, the Trust, Patient Advocate Designation, HIPPA authorization, Lady Bird Deed, Will and Designation of Funeral Representative would be prepared to protect assets as well as ensure my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend him!

Glenn helped me with my will. He was outstanding, he brought to my attention many things that I would have never thought of. Very kind and willing to explain things in terms that a regular person could understand. Have already referred friends.

We had heard of Glenn Matecun on WJR. We thought that he was very experienced in Elder Law and requested a meeting. The first interview was quite extensive even though it was free. The service that he requested sounded reasonable, and we proceeded. Upon the return visit everything was just the was that we wanted. After a few ore questions we said that the final paperwork would be ready in 1 week. We were able to pick up the documents and they were arranged perfectly and was just what we needed.

My husband and I were very happy with Glenn and our estate planning. Glenn did a good job of explaining everything, took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, and worked within a timeline we needed. His staff was very professional in our dealings as well. We would highly recommend!
