Mr. Wilcox went over and above in my case and walked me through the steps. Having a clean record and never having been through the system before I had a lot of questions and concerns. Mr. Wilcox explained everything and laid out the plan and how the process worked. Livingston county is a tough good old boy system and they run a tight ship so you definitely need an attorney that can navigate you through that process and knows that specific system of judges and prosecutors. I can’t thank Marcus enough! He has been there for not only 1 but 2 of my 3 DUIs. He successfully got me everything I wanted including NO jail time! I was looking at 30 days state minimum for my 3rd DUI offense and Marcus was able to prevent that. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer and very fair when it comes to his fees.
