I am an attorney who has known Howard for over ten years. I personally retained Howard for my own estate planning and worked with him for the probate of my father's estate. I would without any hesitation recommend Howard Collens as an attorney, an estate planner as well as an estate administrator. Howard as my estate planner has been there for me in so many instances due to the loss of parents, and my wife, I have had to change things more often than one should in a short amount of time. Howard’s counseling in matters that came up were invaluable to me, things that I would never have thought of, as well as just being able to advise me through the vast amounts of paperwork, made my life that much easier at a time when easy is hard to find, that is at the loss of a parent, spouse or other loved ones. As an estate administrator, Howard showed a compassion, care and fiduciary obligation when dealing with the administrative duties of my family’s estates. These being the case I have recommended Howard to many friends. They along with I found him to be first and foremost a caring person, very professional and there when you need him!
