He lies for clients. He will make false allegations without evidence and pass them off as fact. Since he appears in Diane M. Rappleye about five times a week, she will take his word over your hard evidence. Other attorneys I've spoke with question their "justdial relationship" since he voluntarily acts as her court officer and she ALWAYS rules in his or his partner's favor. If you want a case that can be appealed, hire him. If you want an iron-clad class, don't.

Mr Phillips you are wrong I'm being upset about my grandmother not leaving me anything in her will I am upset because you involved me when I did not need to be involved you wasted my time and my energy. If I was not a beneficiary why notify me?
