My siblings and I hired this attorney for what should of been a “slam dunk”. Opposing party’s legal team admitted in writing to having $8000 of the monies we were entitled to. 18 months later we didn’t even make it to court. Mr Phillips and whoever he was consulting with had the statue of limitations wrong. Even with this had Mr Phillips filed with the court when we first requested things would of ended totally different! I would not recommend this attorney!

I have been able to utilize Mr Phillips services In a few different capacities both professional and personal. In some cases he was able to assist me just by providing clarification or a suggested route to move forward. In others he has been able to assist in more detail. For example. Creating documentation of a land contract, filing and processing. Mr Phillips has proven to be very knowledgeable in many areas of law, court process and procedures and offers great advise through years of experience. Absolutely wonderful experience when it comes to a court situation. Ryan actually takes the time to listen and understand the situation and explains the process as the proceedings will go. He helped ease my mind while going through my divorce. I also used him a few years later when I got remarried to do my daughters name change. I highly recommend him.
